Everything in BrikData is priced in credits. One credit covers creating a property, and that includes its first run: six listing texts, each one written for the format of its destination, plus the A4 PDF property sheet. Generating the six texts again for that same property costs one more credit. The first full translation of a run is free; from the second translation onwards it costs one credit. Two things never cost credits: the smart form that fills a property in from an uploaded PDF or photo, and the PDF property sheet.

Plans
Free — 1 credit per month, permanent, no card required. The product is not cut down: six texts, five languages, two tones and the PDF sheet are all included.
Básico — 5 credits per month. €9.90 monthly, or €99 per year.
Pro — 15 credits per month. €14.90 monthly, or €149 per year.
Agency — 50 credits per month. €24.90 monthly, or €249 per year.
Paying annually costs the equivalent of ten months, so two months are free.

Credit pack
3 extra credits for €6.90, bought once, with no subscription attached. The credits never expire and the pack is available on every plan, Agency included.

Unused credits
Credits left over at the end of a month are added to the new ones, up to a ceiling of twelve times the monthly allowance: 60 on Básico, 180 on Pro, 600 on Agency. Nothing is ever taken away. At the ceiling the balance simply stops growing until you spend some.

Billing and cancellation
Payments are handled by Stripe, by card; the one-off credit pack can also be paid with Bizum. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the app: you keep your plan and your credits until the end of the period already paid for, you are not charged again, and the account then moves to the Free plan.
