- **Pricing Details**: Mark-a-Spot is open source. The Drupal backend and the community frontend carry no license fee. What is paid for is operation and the Pro staff dashboard.

Managed cloud (hosted in Germany): from $299 per month. All features are included, there are no module prices and no per-seat fees. The price scales with population and report volume, not with the number of functions. Larger cities are quoted individually.

Self-hosting: the open-source edition can be run on your own infrastructure at no license cost. A commercial subscription applies for the Pro staff dashboard, support and updates. Self-hosting is not discounted; additional effort on our side is billed by time.

CivicSpot, our self-service SaaS built on the same platform, offers a free tier and paid plans from $49 per month for smaller organizations.
