The billable unit is a staff seat. Participant and family portal logins are free and are never counted, so the price tracks the size of your team rather than the size of your caseload.

There is a A$149 per month account minimum, which covers the real infrastructure cost of running your own isolated instance. Under about eight staff users you pay that floor; beyond it, the price is simply A$19 per staff user.

Paid annually, two months are free - you pay for ten months and get twelve, which works out at about A$15.80 per staff user per month.

Everything is included at that price. There are no feature tiers, so nothing safety-critical sits behind a higher plan - incidents, care plans, funding, forms and risk assessments are all in the base product. The assistive AI features are included rather than sold as an add-on. There is no setup fee, no per-module charge, and no charge for the participant and family portal. Onboarding and data migration are done with you as part of getting started, and are scoped with you up front.

On the free trial: access to a guided demo instance is available on request. It is a real working system loaded with fictional data, not a sales video. There is no self-serve signup, and there is no free version of the product itself.
