> **Pros**: Easy to get started with. The SmartPrep guided setup walks you through each compliance domain at your own pace, so it was usable without heavy onboarding. The strongest part for us is how easy it was to upload disorganised evidence in one zip file and the AutoMatch feature figured out sorting evidence against the controls in scope. Additional evidence that came in just followed the same approach. Evidence validation keep audit preparation tidy, with a clear audit trail. Being built with data residency in Australia made it an easy fit for our clients that require data to be geofenced, and the value for the capability has been strong relative to other platforms. Support has been super responsive when we have needed them.

> **Cons**: Risk management is the weak spot. It is still missing the risk module which we have been told is coming soon. Maintaining a live risk register outside the platform meant that there were some manual work for our team to do outside the platform. For a tool this strong on compliance and audit, closing that gap would take it to five stars.

> Almost a year of use across compliance and audit work, and it has become a good tool for engagement that come with a large set of disorganised evidence. Fast to adopt, strong on control mapping and evidence, and good value. The main reservation is risk management maturity. If that improves it will be hard to beat in this space.

It made the entire process easier, whether it was checking policies and evidence or using the AI chat to clarify requirements and explain what evidence was needed. It honestly felt like having our own expert consultant on demand.

This reduced our audit readiness time by roughly 70%. The setup was very easy, and once the evidence was in place, future audits became far more manageable, with only periodic updates required depending on the control. Overall, Cyberheed on its own has been more than enough for our requirements.
