### "Maintenance and customer service are not lined as two different requests" — 2.0/5

> **Pros**: Unable to find easy setup steps when creating templates. The exact fields are required, but not all are available under the field guide. When you use the wrong word, the template becomes unreadable and throws an error.  Contact with customer service is vague. Links are not available, and there is no homepage to set up as a favorite in a web browser for daily access.

> **Cons**: Templates and user setup.I also don't set up my p.m. or weekly tasks for weekends, and the dates still automatically default to Saturdays and Sundays.
> 
> It's sending incorrect dates and creating work orders for routine maintenance instead of valid to-do list reminders.
