> **Pros**: ABA Fieldwork Tracker is well-organized, intuitive, and easy to use. I especially appreciate the ability to efficiently monitor and review all my students' fieldwork progress, with essential data presented in a clear, easy-to-read format. The platform is so user-friendly that students require little to no assistance from me with setting up their accounts or navigating its features, which significantly reduces my administrative workload. The absence of ads or unnecessary interruptions also makes the platform more efficient to use. It's clear that considerable thought went into designing a platform that meets the needs of both supervisors and supervisees.

> **Cons**: I have no complaints. One feature that would be helpful is free access to a cohort model, allowing me to organize students by year in the program and monitor their progress by cohort. However, this is more of a convenience than a necessity, and the platform works exceptionally well without it.
