Annual Billing

All plans are available on annual billing at a 17% discount compared to monthly pricing. Annual subscribers are billed once per year and can cancel before renewal. Annual billing is the most cost-effective option for shops committed to CabinetTrak as their long-term installation tracking solution.

WI Member Discount

Verified Woodwork Institute affiliate members receive 15% off any subscription tier on monthly or annual billing. The WI member discount applies on top of standard pricing and remains active for as long as the subscriber maintains active WI affiliate membership.

No Per-User Fees

CabinetTrak does not charge per user or per crew lead beyond the limits defined at each tier. There are no setup fees, no implementation costs, and no long-term contracts on monthly billing. Shops pay one flat monthly or annual rate regardless of how many installs are logged or reports generated during the billing period.

Free Trial

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access at the selected tier.
