During that time, we trialled and tested more than 20 different AI chatbot platforms to see how well they would actually perform against our specific requirements. Our needs were quite demanding. We wanted a chatbot that could provide \*\*accurate, useful answers based on our own information and WooCommerce product catalogue\*\*, assist customers with \*\*order lookups\*\*, provide guidance through the \*\*checkout process\*\*, and offer a slick, modern experience for customers. On the administration side, it was equally important that we could easily manage and refine the training data being used by the AI, rather than having to accept a generic knowledge base that we had little control over.
