The plan includes unlimited award programs, unlimited entries, unlimited judges, and unlimited categories. There are no per-program fees, no per-seat fees, no per-entry fees, and no onboarding or implementation charge.

Organizers can build and test a complete program for free, with no time limit and without entering payment details. Categories, entry forms, judging criteria, judges, and the public program page can all be configured and previewed in test mode. Payment is required only to take a program live and open submissions to the public.

Entry fees are optional. When a program charges them, they are collected through the organizer's own Stripe account using Stripe Connect and paid directly to the organizer. AwardKit takes no commission on entry fees. Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply and are paid to Stripe.

Pricing is published, and no demo, quote, or sales call is required to see it or to start. Support is included in the plan: priority email, one-to-one video calls with the team, and a documentation site.
