> **Pros**: Moibay is one flat monthly price with unlimited techs, so I'm not paying per seat like Shopmonkey or Tekmetric wanted. Day to day, the stuff I actually use is fast: digital estimates and invoices customers can pay online, two-way texting with customers right inside the app so nobody's left guessing, and work orders that are quick to build. Setup was simple and I was running real jobs the same week. When I've had a question the \[sensitive content hidden\] has answered me directly and fast.

> **Cons**: It's a younger product, so a few things are still filling in. The QuickBooks Online sync isn't fully live yet, appointment scheduling is basic compared to some bigger suites, and there's no dedicated mobile app (it runs in the browser). I've hit the occasional rough edge, but they get fixed quickly when I flag them.

> For an independent shop that wants to stop overpaying for bloated software, Moibay covers the core,  work orders, estimates, invoicing, getting paid, and customer texting, without the per-tech pricing. It's not the most feature-stacked platform out there yet, but it's honest about that, the price is unbeatable, and the important things just work. Worth a look if the big names feel like overkill for your bay count.
