- **Pricing Details**: MailAegis has four plans. Free costs nothing. The three paid plans are Solo at $9/month, Pro at $19/month, and Agency at $79/month, all billed monthly with no annual lock-in, no setup fees, and no per-scan charges. Brazilian customers pay in BRL: R$49, R$99, and R$389 respectively.

Free covers one verified domain. You can trigger manual scans up to three times per 24 hours, see DNS recommendations after each run, and keep scan history for seven days. Background monitoring and alerts are not included.

Solo ($9/month) covers up to three verified domains. MailAegis scans each one twice a day and sends an alert within 12 hours if anything changes. Scan history is retained for 30 days, and a PDF report is generated automatically at the end of each calendar month.

Pro ($19/month) adds DMARC aggregate analytics to everything in Solo. MailAegis parses the XML reports that Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other mail receivers send to your domain, and turns them into a sender breakdown: who is sending on your behalf, their alignment rate, and how many messages are being rejected or quarantined. Up to five verified domains, 90-day DMARC data retention.

Agency ($79/month) is built for client work. Up to 25 verified domains, everything from Pro, and monthly PDF reports that can be white-labeled with your own name and logo before you send them to clients. DMARC aggregate data is retained for 365 days, with an intake cap of 10,000 reports per month. Scan history and alerts are kept for a full year.

Each plan also has a total domain creation limit beyond the verified-domain count: Free up to 3, Solo up to 10, Pro up to 20, Agency up to 75. Unverified domains do not consume monitoring capacity.
