> **Pros**: I love the fact that SecurePoint quickly came up with a solution to a new problem that schools are now facing.  It is very easy to use. The customer service is fantastic, and it is a great value for your money.  I like that it is based on a flat rate rather than a per search fee.  Also, knowing the data is saved and I can retrieve that data anytime I need gives me peace of mind since we have to keep the data for 10 years.

> **Cons**: The part I dislike the most is the number of possible matches that come up when it is obvious that it is not the same person.  They have already improved their software to better search for possible matches.  Since this is a new program for them, I am sure it will continue to improve as they evolve.

> Overall, my experience with SecurePoint Education has been excellent.  To find an easy solution to a problem that has schools panicking over new legislation is a life saver.  Matt is a great person to work with, and he made this process go seamlessly.
