> **Pros**: TRUST IT heeft ons debiteurenbeheer aanzienlijk efficiënter gemaakt. Dankzij de overzichtelijke interface, slimme workflows en automatische aanmaanprocessen besparen we veel tijd in onze dagelijkse werkzaamheden. De klantsegmentatie, aanmaanprofielen en heldere portefeuilleverdeling zorgen voor structuur en maken samenwerking binnen het team eenvoudig. Daarnaast geeft TRUST IT inzicht in debiteur- en factuurgegevens, inclusief communicatie en notities, waardoor we sneller kunnen handelen. Ook de geïntegreerde iDeal-betaallink draagt bij aan een hogere betalingsbereidheid. Het dispuutmanagement en automatische escalatieproces zijn waardevolle aanvullingen. Tot slot ervaren wij het persoonlijke contact met management, support en accountmanagement als professioneel, betrokken en oplossingsgericht.

Dit zijn echter vooral aandachtspunten die horen bij een veelzijdig systeem en wegen voor ons niet op tegen de voordelen die TRUST IT dagelijks biedt. Overigens gebruiken we slechts een paar rapportages, waarvan we er zelfs één op maat hebben laten maken.

> Onze ervaring met TRUST IT is zeer positief. Sinds de implementatie van de software hebben wij ons debiteurenbeheer professioneler, efficiënter en overzichtelijker kunnen inrichten. De combinatie van automatisering en gebruiksgemak zorgt ervoor dat dagelijkse werkzaamheden gestructureerd verlopen en dat wij meer tijd kunnen besteden aan activiteiten die daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegen.
