> **Pros**: Easy to use system for storing and retrieving real estate comps. Huge value add to our brokers. Easy to upload comps and professional multi comp reports with a couple of clicks. The time we save for our staff and brokers with this system is significant.

> **Cons**: That I didnt have this software years ago. We have struggled for years to find an efficient, easy to use system and nothing existed until Compstash.
