> **Pros**: Before this, I was literally printing Word docs, scanning them back in, and emailing PDFs back and forth just to get a signature. It was embarrassing honestly. Now I paste in what the client sent me — email, Excel, whatever — and the AI spits out a quote that's like 90% ready. Last month a prospect sent me a messy spreadsheet with 30-something line items and I had a proper quote out in under 4 minutes. The e-signature is built right in so there's no 'I'll sign it tomorrow' — they sign in the same link. And the HubSpot sync is the part that saves me the most back-and-forth. The deal updates automatically, I don't have to touch anything. My manager can see where things are without asking me.

> **Cons**: The product catalog search gets a bit slow when you're scrolling through a lot of SKUs — I have maybe 400+ and sometimes I have to wait a second or type pretty exactly to find what I want. Also some of the configuration settings are buried a few clicks deep, took me a bit to find them at first.

Quoting is probably 4-5x quicker than before and clients actually comment on the link — they like that everything's in one place.
