> **Pros**: What stood out most about Ghost is how it brings multiple compliance workflows into one clean, easy-to-use platform. The interface is intuitive and well-structured, so even users who aren’t deeply familiar with GDPR processes can navigate it without much friction.

From a compliance management perspective, having tools for redaction, DSAR handling, and ROPA documentation in one place is a huge plus as it reduces the need for multiple tools and minimizes operational complexity. This also directly lowers compliance risk, since everything is tracked and handled more systematically instead of through scattered spreadsheets or emails.

The AI-powered redaction feature is particularly valuable. It saves time and removes a lot of the manual effort typically involved in identifying sensitive information in documents.

In terms of value for money, the platform offers strong utility, both for large corporations and startups or small teams that need a cost-effective way to stay compliant without hiring dedicated compliance staff.

The website accessibility and setup process are also straightforward, making it easy to get started quickly. While I didn’t have extensive interactions with support, the overall experience suggests a product that is thoughtfully built with the user in mind.

> **Cons**: Can't say much here, I see a lot of improvement and fixes implemented to earlier bugs. The site also loads faster now
