> **Pros**: Ease of use, ease of setting up, ease of creating different layers of authority for users, ease of assigning documents to distinct user groups (without having to create specific folders)
The communication with the team, when needing any kind of assistance, is rapid and exact.
Great team.
Great product, and definitely worth a recommendation, especially at this price point....incredible.

Customisable links to send to visitors would be a strong start, as I would prefer to have our own logo and text preferences.
It would also be helpful to have the ability to amend uploaded images to fit the banner, but that's not exactly a major issue

> **Pros**: I looked at quite a few dataroom tools for our pre-seed fundraise. Peony is very easy to use and allowed us to set up a smart looking dataroom for a fair price. It's easy to set up folders in any way you want to control who sees which documents and then you can see who looked at what and for how long. 

 The team are also really responsive to suggestions for changes/new features. One thing I like is that instead of making you create an account with a password, you just put your email and then it sends a code. Same for viewers, it makes it easy for them to login, which can be a huge barrier for some investors.

> **Cons**: Peony is new and they are working on ways to improve it. I asked them for a consolidated analytics view across versions (because founders update materials a lot) and they added it to the roadmap.

> Good experience overall, especially because as an early adopter you can suggest new features to the team and they are happy for the feedback.

> **Cons**: - It would be great if there was a single-use tier, i.e. for a single data room with a fixed amount of storage/files, but inclusive of all of the key features. If this is already a thing, it's not incredibly clear to me.

> Great overall customer care experience, with fast response times as well. The team seem to really care about helping out their customers. I've spent some time looking for a solution like Peony, but all the others were just too expensive for what they claim to offer. Trialling Peony, it appears to suit my needs thus far.
