> **Pros**: Kraaft is an excellent stripped down communication tool that keeps its central purpose front and centre. Simplify up and down stream communication between our organizations administrators and our field team. 

This is also a new company and very open to the user experience. I love that we can help steer its growth and move focus too aspects that will really assist our organization and team. 

Also quite happy it's not a US based company. The sis becoming more and more important to me with regards to my data.

> **Cons**: Sometime it is a little clunky and some aspects do not link together as I would like yet. This is mainly with the locations, communication, reporting and planning tools. This is tough though as it really is like a 5-7 dimensional object...

> We are growing and really needed an internal communication tool that could link multiple aspects and teams together without over burdening the field or administrators with unnecessary bells and whistles. Thus far this has been great with few pain points. Staff have also been very helpful and vested in our experience using the system.
