> **Pros**: We've integrated POK into all our Open edX sites and simplified certificate generation 100%. If you have an Open edX site and you are worried because: 1) out of the box certificate template is not acceptable, 2) there is no PDF download option, 3) customizing your template is a nightmare, 4) certificates are not portable out of the site, 5) other options are hard to integrate; then you should consider POK.
In addition, NFT and LinkedIn integration add a huge value to your LMS.

> **Pros**: POK is very easy to use, highly intuitive, user-friendly, and it’s integrated with all LMS and CRM platforms, especially Moodle, which I personally use. It’s also much cheaper than the rest, even though it’s the only one that works with NFTs

> **Cons**: It was difficult for me to get in touch with them, and it took me some effort to get an appointment for help with the integration. They really need to improve that.

> Once I got in touch with them, I first tried the free version and then switched to the NFT version. I was able to easily negotiate the price, and they gave me a much better deal than the market rate. As I started using it, I began to notice the unique features it offers.

> **Pros**: I discovered POK through one of the institutions I work with, and soon noticed it being used more widely. Once I started using it, I understood why.  POK takes digital credentials beyond the traditional by using NFTs on public blockchains, giving users true ownership with credentials stored in their own wallets. Its interoperability is excellent, complying with ELM, OpenBadge 3.0, and other standards that simplify integration. Issuing credentials is straightforward, and we integrated it with our LMS in no time.

> **Cons**: Although i've been recommending POK since i started using it, unfortunately they lacks the visibility of some its competitors, though not due to an inferior product.  Initially, it can be confusing to understand how they use NFT technology and the value it adds, as the term has been associated with areas far from education

> I've been using POK for about a year, and I can confirm two things:  Every question or concern is promptly addressed and heard.  
The improvement cycle is very fast. Using the platform means discovering new features regularly. The team listens to suggestions and feature requests, and some of the ones i've sent have already been implemented.
