> **Pros**: Raising investment is hard, the legals are even harder, FC saved us so much time, money and stress. From getting SEIS Advance Assurance, to closing the paperwork on a couple of investment rounds, they've been behind us all the way. From the platform, to the incredible support, they've literally been the backbone of our startup investment process.

> **Cons**: A few minor niggles early on, but the team is incredibly responsive and helped us navigate. We asked them to do a few things that were perhaps out of the ordinary that the platform couldn't do 'out of the box', but they helped us get them done, then took that learning to improve their platform and documentation.

> We've been using FC since we founded our company in January 2024. They secured our SEIS approval from HMRC and have helped us close two investment rounds; Pre-Seed and an agile investment round. We were new to this and we'd have been lost with FC. Not just the platform itself, but \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team who are always there for us, for our questions, and for our suggestions on improvements.

They're the absolute best and I recommend them to every new startup founder I meet; no referral commissions needed, they're just that good.

The technology makes life a lot easier, but there's always a human behind should you get concerned or worried about anything.
