Thanks to it, case transitions between attorneys have become much smoother through it case-tracking features. Our procesing time has significantly decreased due to its autofill function for forms, and the integration of AI tools has greatly reduced the time we spend on research. I'd like to give an honorable mention to the platform's customer service team. It also takes time to learn.
