Screening candidates is what takes the most amount of time. Recruiter has to pick up the phone, call them and ask a bunch of questions. At best a recruiter can do may be 30 new calls in a day. Most of these candidates do not turn out to be good either. With equip, 1. We configure a bunch of questions and evaluation criteria against a job. 2. Do a quick resume screen and send the AI interview to the candidates 3. The candidates can take the AI interview when they are free (within a time limit). It takes them like 20 minutes to do this. 4. The AI transcribes the video and evaluates against your criteria and gives a nice scorecard. 5. We speak to the candidate if they cross 70% or more and we like how they express themselves. Their in app support is great too. They respond quickly if you are stuck with something.
