After we completed registration, it was very easy to configure updates and monitor all our workstations at a level we felt comfortable with in our organization. This included screenlocks, hard drive scans and software updates. The threat and compliance notifications are helpful and the support is excellent, responsive and personal. The dashboard is very easy to use and the built in malware protection worked as promised. I like that everything we needed was included in one subscription price. We also found that for a larger org, the product would be better when accompanied by an MDM, as you have more insights than control. When CleanMyMac Business was announced I was excited and I jumped on board early on. I still need to onboard all our users, but so far this tool gives me an excellent oversight of our hardware and especially the status of all our Macs. That way I know exactly what is going on. So the reporting is great and the value for money is perfect. If you need help or if you have a question their customer support is here to help and they listen to your input. Which is great\!
