> **Pros**: I like that the platform is very data-driven and gives you both a high level overview of your online reputation and also a focused view of the campaign statistics. The review monitoring also saves me a lot of time, and the shareable dashboard is also nice to have.

> **Cons**: Right now there's no zapier integration which would be nice to have, but we've gotten by fine without it. When I asked support about that, they said it's on the roadmap and it's not too important for my organization at the moment anyway. Other than that I have no complaints.

> **Pros**: What I like most about ReviewKite are the reporting features because this is lacking with other solutions I've tried. The dashboard gives a very good overview of my campaign analytics and the sharable dashboard is nice to have too, especially since it works on mobile.

> **Cons**: I wish the platform was more usable on mobile, just so I could monitor it a little bit better from my phone. But I mostly use it on desktop anyway so it's not a huge deal. The sharable dashboard works on mobile just fine, so that's good enough.

> ReviewKite has been great so far. It was very easy to get up and running, and it's very cost effective compared to some of the other sites we considered.
