> **Pros**: Zeer overzichtelijke planning voor shortlease, demo- en vervangwagens.
Het volledig digitale contract- en documentbeheer bespaart veel tijd.
Gebruiksvriendelijke interface, medewerkers vinden snel hun weg.
Snelle evolutie van het product door continue updates.
Goede integratiemogelijkheden via open API’s.

> **Cons**: Door de brede functionaliteit ontdek je soms pas later extra opties die handig kunnen zijn.
Af en toe komt er een kleine optimalisatie binnen via een update, wat aantoont dat het product continu groeit.
De vele mogelijkheden kunnen in het begin wat overweldigend zijn, maar dat verdwijnt snel met gebruik.
Sommige processen zijn op dit moment al sterk uitgewerkt, maar worden nog verder verfijnd in toekomstige releases.
De rapportage is uitgebreid; wie echt diep wil analyseren, moet soms even zoeken naar de juiste widget.

> **Pros**: Alles binnen ProPlanner verloopt volledig digitaal: het aanmaken van een klant, een contract, een factuur en het plaatsen van een handtekening gebeurt allemaal binnen hetzelfde platform. Dit maakt het bijzonder eenvoudig om boekingen op te volgen en contracten snel terug te vinden. We hebben geen losse documenten of externe tools meer nodig, wat ons veel tijd bespaart. Ook de overzichtelijkheid van het dashboard is een grote meerwaarde voor ons dagelijks beheer. Je ziet op één oogopslag wat er vandaag moet vertrekken en wat er toekomt.

> **Cons**: Doordat ProPlanner een zeer uitgebreide tool is met heel veel mogelijkheden, is het niet altijd even gemakkelijk om een specifieke functie snel terug te vinden. Zeker bij de opstart vraagt het platform een zekere inwerkperiode. Een betere zoekfunctie of een interactieve tutorial op het platform zelf zou volgens mij nieuwe gebruikers sneller op weg helpen.

> Vorig jaar zijn wij overgestapt van een andere tool naar ProPlanner. Onze vorige software werkte traag en bood onvoldoende flexibiliteit voor de specifieke noden van ons groeiend bedrijf, waardoor we op zoek gingen naar een beter alternatief. 

Wat ons meteen opviel, was hoe uitgebreid en flexibel het platform is. ProPlanner overtreft onze verwachtingen op vlak van functionaliteit en past zich goed aan onze noden. Naast de kernfunctionaliteiten zijn er bovendien heel wat interessante modules beschikbaar die het platform verder uitbreiden naargelang onze behoeften. Een bijzonder grote meerwaarde is de integratie met Exact Online: facturen worden automatisch geëxporteerd, waardoor we minder tijd verliezen aan manuele boekhouding. 

Ik raad ProPlanner aan voor elk bedrijf dat op zoek is naar een sterke, uitgebreide fleetmanagementsoftware die écht het verschil maakt.

> **Pros**: De planning is zeer overzichtelijk. De drag and drop functionaliteit zorgt ervoor dat je snel je voertuig kunt wijzigen voor een contract.

> **Cons**: Geen specifieke minpunten. Doordat de mogelijkheden zo ruim zijn kan het wel even duren voor je ermee weg bent.

> Bij de overstap naar ProPlanner hoopte ik dat ik een veel beter overzicht zou hebben waar mijn wagens vooral voor gebruikt worden. En dat is zeker het geval. Ik win echt veel tijd dankzij deze professionele tool.
