Report cards are great, but I often send updates throughout the stay and don't want to give out my personal cell phone just to send a quick photo. After using well known platforms and apps for years and constantly having glitches it became tiresome. I also have liked that Scritches has a fun approach to how pet report cards are shown. It's been extremely easy for clients to request bookings, and for me to limit how many visits per day to take on.
