It is easy to make corrections or simply update photos on patients throughout their lives. Connecting patients to a central agent like a farm, trainer or horseshow agent is convenient for clients and me. The HorseSYNC app is pretty cool, too. > > **Cons**: For health certificates... it is time consuming to change all the animals to one owner in order to include them in a single health certificate and then go through and change them all back after the certificate is completed. I wish the agent could have the same access to the animals as the owner for this purpose. Also.... My vet used them to process a health certificate for travel with a dog and they were not able to get the documents to me within the necessary timeframe (within 10 days of travel)resulting in a $2000 cost to me for cancelled tickets. They were not willing to discuss a refund of the $450 cost of the service nor provide any reason for why the documents were sent to the appropriate state agency an entire week after my vet had provided all info and didn't ensure that the overnight Fedex delivery could be delivered on Saturday resulting in "overnight" arriving a full 2 days after. Filling them in takes hardly any time, and I can send it directly back to the veterinarian. It has way fewer clicks to get where I need to be compared to VSPS. > > **Cons**: There's a cost to it. But it's worth it. They do have where you can pay per form. For bigger labs, they have a monthly charge, which amounts to less per form. > > Great customer service to get an account set up.
