> **Pros**: Having started with a free trial I have become very dependent on Eric.ai.  It automatically joins my meetings, produces a first class transcript which is easily searchable and does a very good job of producing a meeting summary and a decent job of extracting action points.  Using Eric means I can focus on participating in the call rather than focusing on trying to write notes.  It works equally well with Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.  The web based user interface is straightforward and feature rich.

> **Cons**: There were a few problems with the auto-join feature where meetings are automatically identified from your calendar and Eric.ai automatically joins.  I am happy to say that these problems are now fixed and the product works smoothly every time.  Better support for hybrid meetings would be a plus, but I am very happy with the product overall.

> It's a great product and good value.  It saves me a huge amount of time and leads to better engagement on video calls.  The transcription quality is amazing.  When I sometimes struggle to hear people because their connection is poor, there is background noise or they have a strong accent, Eric does an outstanding job of getting an accurate transcription.  The meeting and action summaries are really useful.
