> **Pros**: Viva Payments is the go-to for people who are just starting out with selling CBD products in Europe. The customer support was incredibly helpful and kind. It was always a pleasure working with them.

> **Cons**: In the summer of 2024 they implemented a monthly fee of 5€ for using their service. This does not seem like a lot but for people just starting out it is still something that is cutting into the margins immensely. Another thing that happened was that at the same time their customer service decreased immensely which is a pity, as this was the best one that I have ever received....

> Overall I would still argue that it is a valid payment provider that does almost everything you wish for. With the price increase and customer service decrease, I am however struggling to recommend it to anyone outside the CBD industry.
