I love it\!\!\!" The truth is, when I started, I found some bugs and contacted customer service, expecting it to be like most companies (long wait times, unclear answers, etc.). To my great surprise, I received MARVELOUS support: quick responses, solutions to the problems, and people genuinely willing to solve any issue, whether it was a bug or something that could improve my experience as a user. The app has so many awesome features (smooth-running automations with tons of options, campaigns packed with great details, etc.), and I couldn't be more satisfied. Every time I report an issue, they don't just ignore me. They take it seriously\! They respond, they fix it, and they give it their best\! I mean, when you have a problem, and your job is to provide great customer service to your clients, if the software you're using is full of bugs and you receive poor support, you have to walk away. But with Tarvent, after my experience over the past two weeks, I ended up purchasing a second Tier 5. Clearly, I believe in this team, and I hope they grow exponentially\! With over 16 years of customer service experience, where my goal is nothing less than 5-star service for my clients, I only choose companies that offer the same level of excellence\! And honestly, I'm considering buying a third Tier 5 to support my future growth. This is an awesome software and a great opportunity for my business (especially for email marketing, along with other services I offer).
