Excellent, I'd highly recommend this software to any business wanting to track assets and inventory better.
Pros:
Nice design, great support, even though we're a small business.
Lots of new features always being rolled out.
Cons:
No negatives really. But since I have to leave something it'd be there are a few glitches from time to time but these are handled well, resolved quickly and great communication around them.

"Keeps Everything Accountable and Easy to Track"

The first setup needed a bit of effort to enter all our gear, but it’s a one-off job, support helped us import our existing spreadsheet which sped it up a lot. It would be handy to have more integration options in the future, but that hasn’t been a dealbreaker for us.
Pros:
Very easy to learn and use across the team. Scanning and assigning assets takes seconds, and the custom forms help us make it fit our process. The reports are clear and give us a good picture of where everything is. Support has been excellent and always quick to respond.
Cons:
Setting everything up at the start took a bit of time, as we had to load in all our assets, but once that was done it ran smoothly. A few more integration options down the track would be great, but nothing that stops us using it effectively.

Pros:
I like that MapTrack is very easy to use. The layout is straightforward, and everything is simple to find, which makes tracking tools and equipment quick and efficient
Cons:
I haven’t found anything to dislike; everything has run smoothly and met all our needs so far. Good!

Over all i couldn't be happier, the ease of use combined with rapid technical support meant that implementing this software was relatively easy.
The geo locating on scanning of assets and the flexibility within the tools them selves means i can customize most aspects of the system to suit my specific needs.
Bulk scanning makes assigning multiple assets simple, the Ai asset creation tool is surprisingly effective and has sped up the process of inputting new assets.
MapTrack has replaced other software we previously ran to manage staff, pre-starts, and basically any custom form you may need.
The dashboard gives an easy to read yet informative overview of how your assets are deployed, where, and at what level of utilization, extremely helpful analytics.
Combined with GPS tracking and telemetry our larger assets such as heavy plant self report hours for maintenance and service purposes reducing downtime and costly repairs.
We get alerts when staff members have expired tickets/licenses, when plant needs maintenance, we can audit all assets comprehensively giving confidence in the accuracy of all asset information/locations.
Pros:
The software is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate, various features like import/export operate quickly and without fault.
However the support is by far the best feature. Very responsive to emails and calls no matter how ridiculous my questions are. The development team is moving quickly and implementing new features and requested features rapidly.
Cons:
N/A - Fits our use case perfectly, and the continued expansion of features indicates it may even replace other software we have in the near future.
