> **Pros**: The system is easy to use when entering new leases. The reports contain a lot of relevant information which is useful at month end.

> **Cons**: Sometimes there is a lag in the system and it does not refresh as quickly as i would like it to, meaning that i have to log out \& log back in again for the changes to update.

> **Cons**: Too frequent change of password requirement. This software might come at a higher price that other options, however you pay for quality and convenience.

> I have used many leasing systems over the years as financial accountant, and nothing beats LOIS. LOIS is user friendly, with a great customer support team - all Chartered Accountants which mean they can provide you with the best support and advice. I have also found that LOIS is the only leasing software that can generate catch-up journal entries for backdated lease changes, which mean no manual handling is required. The Reports are great too, in the past we wasted a lot of time to determine our lease movements for each major reporting period, how we can report with a click of a button.

The system’s controls and audit trail features provide confidence in the accuracy and integrity of data, which is critical in a corporate reporting environment and really helps at audit time. Support from LOIS on queries is fast and effective.

> **Cons**: Some of the reporting can be a bit clunky - for example having to combine two reports to get the information that is needed. The interface is generally user-friendly once familiar, though there can be a learning curve initially due to the level of detail and functionality.

The platform provides a structured and reliable solution for managing lease data, supporting compliance with accounting standards.
