I have a preferred layout for these tables, but it doesn't carry across all projects, so when there are over 300 projects that I look at, it's annoying to have to set a default for each. Being able to have some line items as billed and some as retainer would be useful. Sometimes when moving time around in the schedule it does a weird 5 minute interval which offsets the rest of the day. Some of our designers have responsibilities each week that remain the same time and day. It would be good if this could be pre-populated. Logs me out regularly > > It's much better than the old software we used. I like the layout and most of the features. I love the integration with my account software too, the ease of use and the management of clients, team members and the templates. I also love the fact that we can have multi-currencies, multi-currency templates for invoices and so much more. I can't really recommend this software and \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team enough. They've always been great at providing me with support and advice and also listened when I've faced a problem or need something changed or added. They're always looking at ways to improve and listen to their customers before adding a load of features that just are not needed. The extra little bit of a personal touch from them has made me be loyal customer for so long, plus of course the software is awesome and exceptionally well priced. > > **Cons**: Never really had any problems with Wiplist. It's frustrating that you can't drag items in estimates to new parts. The interface is a bit 'samey' so it's not always easy to scan for the part of the UI you're looking for. I would like there to be some more customer facing screens, so we could show progress.
