> **Pros**: I like the easy to use interface and the passion from the Marcode staff around the product and striving to make the affiliate industry a better place. It's easy to locate brand bidders/ad-hijackers on the platform and i really like the view where you can see when brand bidders have been bidding throughout the week by hour.

> **Cons**: The only thing I would say is the website sometimes takes a while to load when starting it up but apart from that, i don't have anything bad to say

> My experience with Marcode has been all positive. We've had multiple calls and meetings with Andy to discuss our experiences of ad-hijacking/brand bidding. I feel like Marcode listen to the feedback we give and incorporate that into making their product even better and that we're on the same wavelength trying to crack down on dodgy publishers within the space\!

> **Pros**: Everything is very clearly organised on the site - very user friendly. Also easy to switch from different accounts. Also Marcode is very thorough with it's searches meaning we can be confident we aren't missing any bad actors.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it can take a while to load but I've found this has improved. Would maybe be good if there was a function to set up a weekly/monthly automated email from Marcode which provides a summary for the account or something like that? Not sure if there is a way to set this up already.

> **Pros**: The ability to quickly identify any form of illicit brand bidding or adhijacking, the tool easily allows us to gain full visibility of any publisher activity including encrypted site ID's. Having this information to hand saves a lot of time investigating, being able to send evidence quickly to our network and offending publishers decreases the time significantly on removal of offending activity.

> **Pros**: This tool is incredibly user friendly vs other competitors that I have used in the past. The platform is well structured, allowing a view on ad hijacking and brand bidding in each channel and separating this accordingly - making it clear which channel it is coming through on. The platform also provides a significant amount of information that is easy to understand for those who have not had a huge exposure to this type of data monitoring.

> **Cons**: I have had a few occasions where the platform has crashed at the initial stages of logging in - not sure if this is due to the platform having bugs or something else.
