> **Pros**: Park M is easy to manage and the residents can easily make changes to their accounts when needed. Support is also quick to responded which is fantastic to have\!

> **Cons**: The scanner for management can be iffy sometimes with Samsung's. Works great with Apple phones

> There have been ups and downs during the experience with it. However it is turning out to be a wonderful system with more ups then downs. I have definitely recommended it to other companies that are looking for a new parking system because of how well it has worked for us and how much we like it.

> **Cons**: I wish each vehicle HAD to be associated with a Unit number - I would like that to be a requirement when they are registering their vehicle to park on site

> 10 out of 10 - ParkM is always fast to respond with any help I may need. If I need a particular report more detailed, they find a way to do it and get it to me quickly. I appreciate all of their hard work

> I have been in property management for almost 5 years and even seeing them at the events like the trade show they are all so bubbly and welcoming. ParkM is such a good tool and selling point that our residents feel there is no hassle with not having to wait for the leasing office to be open.
