> **Pros**: Great for speeding up the interview process and hearing the interviewee first hand - instead of relying on a well drafted resume or application letter. I can ask specific questions (using my own parameters) and see them respond.

> I stumbled across this product just as I was about to begin the process of posting my first job advert. As a solopreneur, with limited hours in the day, making the leap to advertising and interviewing your first employee (albeit a VA) is a challenge, with so many other tasks to complete. This made the process simpler and allowed me to connect with remote applicants effectively. It is also engaging for the applicant, allowing them the time prepare their response to my questions, as I have full control over their response time. Nerves can get the better of you when the job you're applying for really matters. This tool allows my applicants to show their best self, and allows me to sift through the candidates quicker and more effectively - perfect for someone like myself under constant time-pressure.

The platform loads quickly, works perfectly on both desktop and mobile, and makes reviewing responses incredibly efficient. The customer support team is also outstanding—fast, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.
