In BigAgile's "Summary view" (my favourite visulisation from any tool I've used\!), features are automatically updated based on real-time data and clearly linked to their corresponding blockers. If a feature or dependency starts falling behind projections, a simple yet effective RAG status highlights it. One quick glance at BigAgile (and one coffee) in the morning, is all I need to know where to focus for the rest of the day to ensure all teams stay on track. I use BigAgile to track real-time progress, report at all levels, and facilitate focused conversations that allow me to efficiently remove blockers and streamline delivery.
