> **Pros**: Thus far the support team has been great and very responsive to questions and issues. We have been using for about 2 months now, and are only scratching the surface of what this program is capable of. The field techs were able to learn the program in less than a day, and the desktop version is easy to navigate.

> **Cons**: We are not deep enough into the program just yet to have any negatives. Thus far the features are exactly what I was looking for.

> In the short period of time we have used the program, we have really liked it. I have a small HVAC company and as we grow knew we needed a CRM. I made a list of must haves and would be nice features. ZEN hit on more of the features than some of the others we demoed. We are not even scratching the surface of all the features yet, but we are excited for the ability for this software to grow with us.
