They take the time to really get to know you and your business by more than just the numbers (but that's what they are best at\!). We have regular monthly meetings that keep us informed of all the work that has been completed as well as what they are working on next. You might have a great website and you might be very successful but are you Causal Funnel great and successful? If the answer is no, then they are exactly who you need to help you get to the next level in your respective industry.

> **Pros**: I like their honesty the best. From the very beginning they explained exactly how things were going to work, gave me a realistic timeline, and followed through on all their promises. Their process is also something that I haven't encounter when researching other companies to increase my website traffic.

> **Cons**: There really hasn't been anything major so far. Some times I get frustrated because I dint immediately grasp what they are doing. But they take the time to explain.

> From the start,  they have been able to show me the actual increase (12X in 4 months). It's been incremental, but I have seen the results. I needed some "hand holding"  at certain times and they had patience with me when they were explaining things that were clear to them but confusing to me.
