Pros:
How easy it is to setup & use. The [sensitive content hidden] /team are a phone call away with all the answers to any issues. How environmentally friendly it is. How much of a game changer it is.
Cons:
I can’t give any negatives but if I were to say something I’d say the app version is still in development but this is expected. This being said improvements are made daily so no complaints.

Any issues we’ve had have been solved straightaway, it’s give us the confidence in the app to know that tech support is always available to us
