An essential tool
Pros:
We use Ideamapper for just about every project. It helps our small team quickly identify the scope of a project and to build out a timeline and plan.
Cons:
Not alot of cons to address. I was able to customize several features which are key to our work.

Pros:
ease of use. We teach long-term unemployed dyslexic adults how to benefit from using assistive technology. The majority of our service users have never used mind mapping before and find it wonderful.
Cons:
We use it to plan job searching, the ability to add links to websites and drag and drop information is very beneficial.
