> **Pros**: It's simple and easy to use, and excellent for writing and presenting strength training plans. The heat maps for session plans is a great feature, helping to make sure there are no blind spots.
It also has an extensive list of measurement you can take, so body composition tracking is really good.
Honestly though, the thing I've appreciated most is how simple it is to use. While there are some features I'd like down the road, it does what it does well and takes a lot of the headaches out of the process.

 the interface is easy to use and covers the main basis of assigning programs, logging body weight/ other measurements and tracking progress 

clients get a video demonstration of the exercise to give them a quick reminder of form

> **Cons**: The aspects I would say Hevy coach would need to improve on is being able to log nutritional data for your clients as well as a bette way to track/ Add cardiovascular fitness workouts e.g. Running, swimming etc

> **Pros**: Responsiveness of the app. I has been clearly developed by skilled engineers that know what they are doing. Also love how quick their customer support is. I had a minor issue and \[sensisitve content hidden\] and one of the engineers immediately jumped on it. They know what they're doing.

> **Cons**: They are still on their early days and they clearly ensure that what they release to us is of top quality (unlike other coaching apps that just add features upon features and then nothing works). 

That said, I wish they focused a bit more on how efficient it is to review workouts and to give feedback to clients. The experience is currently seemless but it there is room for improvements on the visibility and efficiency side of things
