> **Pros**: Being able to create worksheets for reactive and call out jobs we have carried out for our clients when they require this for invoicing. The software can be adjusted to our needs and requirements.

> **Cons**: It was a little difficult to navigate at first but once used to it we could find our way around.

> At the moment we are transitioning software packages with some of our clients, so we are not using TeamPoint to its full capacity, however this will change over the next few months.

> **Pros**: The ease of use, how there is more than one way to get to where you want to go. How helpful the team are, no question is silly and I have asked a lot. The flow from beginning to end is easy to follow. The package meets most if not all of our needs and works well with other systems we use.

> **Cons**: The only point I can think of is the service contract set up, you had to duplicate some information. However, that has just now changed and its no longer a duplication.

> Very good overall. The system is easy to use and the team are always committed to improve the system. This is important to keep driving our own business forward.

> **Cons**: If I am using an option e.g. People and update a record, once finished the option defaults to jobs not the selected option people.

> Very positive. I have used many systems and have implemented and updated other systems as a tester and find this system is very user friendly.

> **Cons**: Only cons are the program when an engineer is in multiple teams in one week and the reoccurring old notes which i believe has been resolved plus having to reattached documents for each new job on a site
