How much the team like it and now can't do without it. Exciting new features and keen to be part of new developments in the future. Great, easy to use platform.

Cons:

Like most we want everything now. The features we want can't come soon enough!

Comments: Its been fantastic, great support every step of the way, theyre always looking for more ways to streamline what we do.

Pros:

Guestflow has streamlined all of our operations, I no longer feel like I run around like a headless chicken trying to make sure everything has been completed prior to guests arriving. The support team are amazing and help at the drop of a hat.

Cons:

I wish we had this sooner! There's nothing I sont like about it!

Comments: Its the perfect system that we had been looking for, created for guest bookings, communications and payments for serviced Accommodation and similar businesses. New features are being added all the time that will make life even easier and we are excited to see these introduced. Well done and thanks to all at Guestflow !!!

Pros:

So easy to link with our channel manager and to use. [sensitive content hidden] and the Guestflow team are always available and helpful and ready to assist with any issues also. My team have picked up how to use Guestflow easily and are really happy with how easy it has made making sure all guests are checked in correctly.

Cons:

We haven't found anything we don't like yet. Its made the running of our serviced accommodation business so much easier.

Cons:

Although Guestflow is a robust platform, like any system, it has areas that could be enhanced. Currently, there are features that I believe could further enhance the app, and I'm aware that the team is actively working on developing them. While you may find yourself wishing for certain functionalities that aren't yet available, it's worth noting that Guestflow is receptive to client feedback and often incorporates requested features based on feasibility. This proactive approach ensures that the app continues to evolve and meet the needs of its users.

It's an invaluable asset to our business, thanks to its comprehensive features and highly accommodating support. Guestflow significantly streamlines our team's tasks, especially in monitoring daily arrivals, verifications, and deposits. Additionally, it enables us to create notes for guests from pre-arrival to departure. Furthermore, Guestflow demonstrates remarkable adaptability to our evolving business needs.

Cons:

I can't think of anything negative to say. Whenever we experience issues or downtime and report it to them, they investigate and resolve it immediately. The Guestflow team keeps us updated.

Amazing software our business can’t live without.

Comments: 10/10, it’s been fantastic and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Pros:

- allows us to scale fast and efficiently - saves us at least 1/2 staff members so overall saves us money - fantastic for task management for guest communication and management - Critical tasks are never missed due to the reminders - Support is amazing and fast

Software that fits my business needs!

Pros:

Running a company of this size means ensuring that everyone is up to date on their tasks and clear as to the guests status within our customer journey. Trying to find software that can accommodate our often complex and bespoke requirements has been a nightmare until now. The user interface is clear and can be customised depending on which member of the team is using it. It allows me to have a clear overview on multiple aspects of the business whilst also allowing my team to zoom in on the details. This ability has increased my managers productivity as well and I can gain a snapshot quickly anytime I require it. As more and more features are added, I feel more in control and my team are more easily able to manage their work loads. There are no restraints in growth in terms of the capability of the software which means it positively impacts the systemisation of my business which enables me to be more hands off and focused on driving our company strategy forward.

Cons:

The features are still onboarding, what this does mean is that our company feedback results in genuine results. It feels like I have a customer care team that actually listens to what I need and makes me feel like I have bespoke software catered to what I want, instead of me having to fit my business into its parameters which is a nice change!

Pros:

This software has been a revelation within our business. It is very user-friendly, and everything is easily accessible. You can filter your bookings, making it easier to find what you're looking for in less than a few seconds. It has the best tech back-up if you experience any glitches, these are fixed almost immediately.

Cons:

I can't say I've disliked anything about Guestflow.

Comments: The team from Guestflow are available at all times, via Whatsapp/Email , and assist straightaway if any issues arise, and that is what you want from any system - efficient support from the team.

This comprehensive system navigates through the intricacies of guest management, meticulously addressing check-in/out procedures, guest communication, and issue resolution. Guest Flow is a structured expedition towards achieving excellence in hospitality services. It allows me to monitor and measure my team at a glance via the dashboard "bubbles" that i create myself.

Cons:

As it is still a work in progress with frequent updates introducing new features, we consistently engage in providing feedback to the development team. We're pleased to note that they actively consider and implement our feedback on their end.

It elevates the normal channel manager to another level mkaing guest and booking information clearer and simpler to use. Much easier to automate information flow to guests and check booking status.

Cons:

What's not to like? I need to write more in this box to accept the form but there realy isn't anything bad to say about guestflow.

Pros:

I can confidently say that it has transformed the way we operate our business. The user interface is completely user-friendly. I can't praise Guestflow's customer support team enough. Whenever we've had questions or encountered issues, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly sets them apart from other providers in the industry.

Cons:

Currently not able to integrate guest calls with Guestflow. However, I believe this feature may be available soon.

Software found in
