> **Pros**: Peak's product has embedded with our own system, fitting in with our day-to-day. Having been on such a long journey with Peak, they have become part of our normal. We've also had great support from our AM (Amy)

> **Cons**: There was a huge learning curve to understand the mechanics of what was happening as there was little documentation. Also the responsiveness of the system is not optimal, for example, we are able to switch between volume and margin, but the impact is not immediately obvious in terms of UI.
