> **Pros**: user of alkimii day to day. generally an easy system to use compared to others. very straight forward to teach teams how to use.

> **Cons**: some parts could be more streamline/better headers. the changes that are made, sometimes don't feel like for the better, makes you wonder who is requesting or checking these things from a user side before they are rolled out.

Can quickly access on both computer \& personal mobile.

> **Cons**: I am unable to replicate Supervisor shifts for all my night team without having to go into each individual shift and tick the Supervisor box. 
I cannot preload a Supervisor ticked shift into my saved shifts or drag a Supervisor ticked shift along a run of consecutive days.
Makes completing rota's quite time consuming \& otherwise spolis what is a quick and easy to use application.
