> **Pros**: We use Keycafe at our boutique hotel as a backup solution should our primary technology fail, and it has been a great addition to our operation. I’ve now onboarded Keycafe at two properties and have consistently found the platform very intuitive and easy to use.

The flexibility is especially valuable for properties like ours that are not fully staffed 24/7. It gives us another reliable way to provide guests with access while maintaining a smooth experience, even outside of staffed hours.

Currently, we can customize the email communication, but not the SMS messaging.
