> **Pros**: NiceDay makes use of technology to help me optimise the mental health treatment I give to clients\! A client is able to keep track of their thoughts, feelings, complaints, symptoms, behaviour in real time using the various trackers available in the app.  Furthermore the therapist or client can set up the app to give prompts or notifications to nudge the client to make frequent or timed registrations. Any data registered by the client is directly made available for their therapist in the NiceDay portal. This means I can use this information to get enhanced insight into my clients complaints to further personalise the treatment to the needs of the client. Furthermore I can stay in contact between sessions with my clients. I am easily able to monitor their well being and provide extra support or interventions in the moments they are needed the most.
