What stands out the most is the exceptional customer service. Whenever I had questions or encountered any issues, the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful.

It would be more convenient if there were options to make changes to an assessment that has already been launched without the need to create a new one. This feature would provide greater flexibility and save time in cases where adjustments are needed after the assessment is already in progress.

> The platform is sleek and the quizzes are fun to take -- making student compliance not an issue.  The big question is whether using this program improves our students' performance on the yearly exam.  We will see.
