Very thorough and clear. Any questions we have had since have been answered very quickly with polite and helpful staff. The software is very detailed and there are still some parts of it that we haven't yet taken advantage of, but as the company grows, they will definitely be used. The reporting side of it is great, lots of different reports already in place to choose, and endless custom reports can be made. Job creation is quick, straightforward and painless.
